Large-Scale AWS Outage

There is currently a large-scale AWS outage affecting many services worldwide. Core Advisor systems/services are still available, though with some intermittent delays. Related systems like cloud dashboards are impacted, however. Our support team is available at https://advisorsupport.rubiconit.com, or you can view our live system status page at https://systemstatus.advisor-team.net. We continue to monitor the situation, and will post updates here as events warrant.

Monitoring But Not Impacted

As you are almost certainly aware, a global IT disruption in recent hours has impacted many systems from a whole host of providers. Rubicon's systems -- most notably Rubicon AdvisorSM  -- are not dependent on any of the software or services believed to be the source of the problem. We continue to monitor the situation closely, but all Rubicon systems are currently operating normally.

We will post any additional updates here if/as appropriate.
